The property is just a short distance from the vibrant Alcazar Cabaret, where we enjoyed a mesmerizing and colorful performance that kept the whole family entertained. The cable TV in our room provided a wide range of channels, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Pattaya's attractions.

My kids wished there was a larger pool to splash around in.

Great central location with easy access to amenities and attractions. The hotel had a lively atmosphere, especially at the sport bar in the lobby. The bar had numerous big screens and friendly bar girls, making it a fun place to hang out. Additionally, the staff were young and cheerful, providing good service to the guests. a vibrant and enjoyable experience.

The wifi on the 2nd and 3rd floor was unreliable during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient as I needed a stable internet connection. Additionally, the noise from the bar downstairs could be heard in the rooms, so if you prefer a quiet place to sleep, this might not be the best option.

Retox Hotel offered unique and enjoyable entertainment options during my stay. The bar/lounge area was like a mini amusement park, with billiards and darts available to play. It was a fun way to unwind and socialize with other guests without even leaving the hotel.

Minor room mix-up: One night, I had to stay at another hotel due to a small issue. Luckily, it was just for one night and didn't disrupt my overall experience.
